=Categories and Structure= ===INTERVIEW SERIES=== Structure: LOCATION -> MONTH & YEAR -> ARTIST -> SOURCE & FINAL Source Folder: Contains VIDEO with BLACK MAGIC CAM and IPAD cam, and AUDIO files. Final Folder: Includes AUDIO folder, FINALS with full interview, and SHORTS with clips for social media. ===LIVE PERFORMANCE SERIES=== Subcategories: SHOWCASE, DAYLIGHT SESSIONS, etc. Folder Naming: Name folders by the NAME OF ARTIST (e.g., WRECKROOM -> PROJECTS -> LIVE PERFORMANCE -> SHOWCASE -> CAROLINE MEADE). Artist Folders: Source: Holds footage, audio, and archives of all source materials. Final: Divided into Short clips for Social Media, Full performances, Bounces, and Full Audio. ===WRNY RADIO=== Usage: A hub for visual content, sponsorships, etc. Source Material: Primarily from SHOWCASE and DAYLIGHT SESSIONS folders. Structure: Organized to facilitate easy access to needed content.
