**January**
- **13th:** Miette Hope DS Release.
- **20th:** Studio Upgrade Complete (Unifi Network and Synology Storage).
- **25th:** Onboarding Forms Completion for DS, WRNY, STUDIO, PARTNERSHIPS.
- **29th:** Website Launch with Studio Promo.
- Regular Social Media Posts on TikTok and YouTube.

**February**
- **2nd:** Recording "You Make a Home" with Sheena and Adam.
- **17th:** Live Studio Performance (Potential Artist: Rachel Rose).
- **16th/23rd:** Sixsun Single Release.
- Regular Social Media Updates.

**March**
- **1st:** Launch of WRNY 24hr YouTube Radio. This will feature a continuous stream of curated music and live sessions, aiming to create a unique space for music enthusiasts. The launch will be accompanied by a special event, possibly featuring live performances or interviews.
- **2nd/9th:** Recording 6 Daylight Sessions.
- **15th:** Sixsun Single Release.
- Regular Content Posting.

#### Highlights: Q2 (April - June)

**April**
- **Newsletter Launch:** The newsletter, launching mid-April, aims to keep subscribers informed about upcoming releases, events, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content. This will be a key tool in building a community around our music and studio activities.
- **Production Partnership with 57Grand:** Establishing a collaboration to enhance production quality and expand our reach.
- **Showcase Sponsorships:** Securing Groover, 10DC as sponsors, setting a goal of 3-5 showcases.
- **Short Documentary Negotiations:** Discussing contracts for a documentary on Belief Lab.
- **Live Studio Performance:** Hosting an event with industry leaders.
- **Remote Editor Onboarding:** Establishing a workflow for remote editing to enhance content production.
- **WRNY ROCKDAFAQOUT Launch:** Introducing an alt-pop collaboration.

**May**
- **Wreckroom Listening Party:** A special event for Sixsun Album showcasing.
- **Showcase Series Kickoff:** Beginning of a 4-5 part showcase series.
- **Daylight Sessions Shooting:** Producing 6 new sessions.
